31/2 year-old Moshe Katanov (cq), takes a bite off his Hanukkah Sufganiyot (Jelly-filled Doughnuts) at the main kitchen of the Grand Hyatt in Denver on December 3rd, 2007. Executive Chef John Treuswein (cq) and his culinary staff hosted 40 first graders from the Herzl / RMHA Denver Campus for Jewish Education as he presented a cooking demo to the children, from preparing the dough, filling the jelly into the Sufganiyots, to the finishing touches of cinammon and sugar.
