{Denver, Colorado. March 18, 2005} Five graduate students at the CU Real Estate Center have won a prestigious, national land-use contest. Left to right: Nathan Abbott (cq Nathan Abbott, blue), 30, getting a masters in Regional Planning from University of Colorado, Denver; Chip Radebaugh (cq Chip Radebaugh, stripes), 32, getting a Law/MBA degree at CU Boulder; Blake Belanger (cq Blake Belanger, black shirt), 32, getting a masters in Landscape Architecture from UCD; Blake Church (cq Blake Church, peach shirt), 32, getting an MBA at CU Boulder).
