(Adams County, Colo., April 14, 2005) 79 year old Jerry Zamora stands in front of some of the units at the Alpine Rose Hotel Thursday April 14, 2005, that he is fixing up. He owns the hotel and bought it in September of 2004. In October of 2004 the hotel was raided by the Feds under a RICO warrant for prostitution, drug dealing and other organized crimes. Zamora's two sons Steve and Frank were also arrested in the bust. Zamora has since been cleaning up and refurbishing the units and is appreciated by his neighbors, He says he's "determined to make something good out of a place that was so bad.
