(DENVER, COLO. JANUARY 21, 2004) Carolyn McArthur, project director at the Colorado History Museum, holds a fawn effigy. This pottery was used to hold water and is over 1,000 years old . It was discovered at Mesa Verde. A new exhibit opening January 28th at the Colorado History Museum.
