(5/5/05, Denver, CO) For the past six years, Dan Medina has been the community liason for Lincoln High School. He is from the neighborhood around the school, has had two children graduate from there, two in school there right now, and two on their way. When her first arrived, gangs controlled the hallways and dealers sold drugs openly inside the building. They have turned the school around 180 degrees. Dan talks with assistant principal Elza Guajardo about the list of thirty students that did not take the ACT test. The make-up day is May 11th and she wants to be sure that Dan and the other principals contact the students that they are responsible for locating to come and take the test.
