***CORRECTION PUBLISHED January 7, 2005 FOLLOWS:***; A photo caption on Page 20A Wednesday should have identified the Denver School of Science and Technology student shown catching a bowling ball as Ryane Logan- Stancio, 14. (DENVER, Colo., January 4, 2005) Ryane Logan-Stancil, 14, throws a bowling ball back to Felicia Adams, 14, as Dr. Lunn watches in attempt to demonstrate physics examples. Dr. Karen Lunn teaches her physics students by employing an emphasis on physical interraction between students and ideas whenever possible. This was the student's first day in the new Denver School of Science & Technology. It was also their first day back from Christmas break. This year the school is only handling 9th grade students, with a four-year goal of teaching grades 9-12 and a capacity of about 425 students. (Photo by STEVEN R NICKERSON / ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS)
