The deadline for the smoking ban that will now extend to Casinos is rapidly approaching in January. Blackhawk casinos are drawing criticism over plans to build enclosed patios for smokers when gaming houses go smoke free Jan. 1. Central City Casinos are crying foul because they are restricted by historical restraints that prohibit them from adding patios . they fear a severe hit to their gaming industry that is barely holding on against the big money casinos of Blackhawk.
