DM0449 Twin brothers Tyler, center, Ryan Bird, right, get some help from their dad Phill Bird, far left, as they grab some of their stuff at their place at the Gold Run Condominiums hours after being evacuated in the middle of the night after a fire broke out several doors down in Boulder, Colo. Friday Oct. 26, 2007. Ryan and Tyler were awoken in the middle of the night at about 3:00 a.m. and had to flee the building wearing just their boxers. "At one point the fire was so hot that I wasn't that cold standing there in just boxers," Tyler said. Their condo did not sustain a lot of damage, but they still don't know if and when they will able to return. They were allowed in for a few minutes to grab a few essential possessions. The fire started about 2:45 a.m. Friday morning and wasn't contained until about 7:30 a.m. Three people were treated for smoke inhalation.
