(DENVER, Colo., August 29, 2004) A humble Lisa Nichols smiles at friends as she and her family is introduced at a fund raiser in her benefit at Village Greens Park in Greenwood Village Sunday afternoon. Nichols, a mother of seven children, was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Friends and neighbors held the fundraiser called " Band Together" to help the family meet the financial drains of the disease.
