[Aurora, CO - Shot on: 9/13/04] "It's like Bastille Day," exclaims Jim Winchester, 58,(left) of Centennial as he holds a Colt AR-15 with a collapsing stock and Flash suppressor, items that were part of a national assault rifle ban for the last ten years, at Dave Guns INC. in Aurora Monday September 13, 2004. Winchester came in to the store to buy two AR-15 20 round clips that have stamps stating they are for military and law enforcement use only which he believes will be a collectors item. (SECOND FROM LEFT) Gary Hazen, 38, of Lone tree, decides which AR-15 he is going to buy with a $1,399 price tag. now that the ban has lifted on certain potions of the gun. When asked why he bought a 3rd AR-15 he said "Why not! The law may be changed again and these guns will be grand fathered in." (Photo by BARRY GUTIERREZ/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS)
