Auctioneers try to stir up a crowd of about 21 bidders as the price for the McAfee Estate rises over 4.5 million dollars during an auction Thursday May 10, 2007. Anti-virus software pioneer John McAfee auctioned off his Colorado estate on Thursday May 10, 2007. The roughly 280-acre property is in Woodland Park, Colo., near Pikes Peak and 18 miles west of Colorado Springs has been estimated to be worth more than 20 million dollars. The estate sold for 5.72 milion dollars. Patrick Wu, a Chicago commodities trader who grew up in Evergreen had the winning bid.
