Torrey Schweibish On May 4, 2007, at 8:30 A.M., Larimer County Sheriff's Office Criminal Impact Unit activated four search warrants at the following addresses:; 3927 Platte Drive and 3274 West County Road 72 in Fort Collins, and 1700 Moonstone Circle and 397 Blue Azurite Avenue in Loveland. Tips from a citizen informant prompted the extensive investigation which included cooperation from the Larimer County Drug Task Force and the DEA. A search of the Platte Drive address led Investigators to the other properties owned by Michael Cregg Porter, 050569. Investigators then examined his business partner, Adam Torrey Schweibish, 031868, of Windsor and his property on Blue Azurite. Three houses are considered "grow houses" with no one living at those locations. Growing equipment and 1,982 marijuana plants and over 200 pounds of marijuana were seized at the Platte Drive, Moonstone Circle and Blue Azurite addresses. A conservative street value is estimated at $1.1 million. Seized at the County Road 72 address, which was not considered a grow house, were 28 guns, some of them loaded, and three of Porter's vehicles. Porter was transported to the Larimer County Detention Center and booked on the following charges: 1. Three counts of Marijuana Cultivation, F4 2. One count of Possession of More than 8 ounces of marijuana, F5 3. One count of Possession with Intent to Distribute, F4 and 4. Three counts of Special Offender, F2 (weapons, more than 100 pounds and drugs being sole and substantial source of income) Schweibish was booked on the following charges: 1. Three counts of Marijuana Cultivation, F4 2. One count of Possession of More than 8 ounces of marijuana, F5 and 3. One count of Possession with Intent to Distribute.
