Chi Duong (cq), from Soc Trang in South Vietnam is a legal resident of the United States. He came to the United States after an uncle of his was granted assylum in 1975, after he worked closely with the United States government. He sponsored 12 of his family members to come to the United States, one of them being Chi Duong. He now runs two successful businesses and works over 80 hours a week. He voices his opinions to a reporter on May 17th, 2007, in regards to the proposal for a new immigration law discussed in Washington D.C. on May 17th, 2007.
