(DENVER, Colo., May 14, 2004) Lionel Mosley, U.S. Army Specialist, Fourth Infantry Division, and 2002 graduate of this same program, brings his award to his foster mother, Valerie Collins. She was proud and in tears after the youth spoke to the audience. He was a participant and part of the group who found Saddam Hussein. He was given special recognition and rousing applause for his accomplishments. He is an example of what you can become with hard work. Youth in foster care received a diploma, GED or certificate from a vocational or educational program this past year. The 15th annual Youth Graduation Ceremony was held today at the Department of Human Services Richard T. Castro Center, 1200 Federal Boulevard. The class of 2004 had approximately 48 graduates.
