The wiining dessert was from Café Bistro at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center, which won for the third year in a row with its toasted pumpkin-seed sophia with red chili-mango ice cream drizzled with chocolate and honey sauce. It raised $50,000 for the National Kidney Foundation of Colorado, Montana and Wyoming.
