DLM1754 Dr. Jandel Allen-Davis plugs change into a new Donation Meter, which is part of a new plan to collect money for Denver's Road Home, a 10-year plan to end homelessness, after the meter was unveiled by Denver Manager of Public Works Guillermo "Bill" Vidal and Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper near Skyline Park on the 16th Street Mall in Denver Colo. Monday, March 5, 2007. It is one of 36 refurbished parking meters placed throughout the city that will provide places for people to donate their spare change in an effort to end homelessness. Allen-Davis is a physician with Kaiser Permanente, which is one of the corporate donors to the Donation Meter program.
