Corridor 44 executive chef Carl Klein (cq) hand dips strawberries into dark chocolate before drizzling a white chocolate ganache over them in preparation for Wednesday's Valentine's Day dinner. The Larimer Square restaurant is featuring a four course special menu dinner that evening and like many restaurants on that evening is sold out already.
