Northeastern Colorado corn farmer Brett Rutledge climbs down from his New Holland TR99 combine to get ready to unload his final truck of freshly harvested corn in north east Yuma, Colo., Sept. 26, 2006 after the first day of harvest. Yuma county produces the second largest amount of corn in the United States resulting in Colorado's Eastern Plains farmers finding that they can make more money switching their crops from animal feed to production of Ethanol. A group of farmers in Sterling formed a co-op and have a $60 million plant up and running and a second one in Yuma County under construction. (EVAN SEMON/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) **
