DLM01499 Joseph Medina, 15, right helps Linda, second from right, and Shermey, not pictured, Cinco put down flowers and ballons in front of the house of 22-year-old Amanda Jean Duran, who was shot and killed at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday night while pleading for help at the front door of her next door neighbor in Edgewater, Colo. Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006. Joseph and the Cincos are neighbors and live across the street from Duran's house and the house next door where she was killed. Shermey said she decided to bring the flowers because "she was a woman and I am a woman and it was tragic what happened to her. It would be tragic for any woman." Her mother Linda added she hopes that more women realize that they need to seek help early when a relationship turns violent or aggressive, before the last minute when it turns into a situation like this. Neighbors were able to take down the license plate number of the suspect and Edwardo "Eddie" Espinosa-Martinez, 26, turned himself in to authorities Thursday morning after being contacted by Detective Brad Maerz. He is currently is at the Jefferson County Jail.(DARIN MCGREGOR/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) **Joseph Medina (cq) **Shermey Cinco (cq) **Linda Cinco (cq) **Amanda Jean Duran (rocky) **Edwardo "Eddie" Espinosa-Martinez (rocky) **Brad Maerz (rocky)
