(DLM3064) - At her home in Brighton, Colo. Elizabeth Russell watches President George Bush's speech about the administration's new "surge" plan to win the war in Iraq that involves boosting the number of troops there on Wednesday Jan. 10, 2007. Russell's youngest son Jordan Fitzgerald served two tours in Iraq and his brother Michael Fitzgerald is currently Kyrgyzstan serving with the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic giving support to the planes flying in Afghanistan. After the speech Russell asked, "How are we going to pay for this? And why did it take Bush six years to get rid of Rumsfeld?"
