NYT41 - (NYT41) CHICAGO -- Aug.5, 2004 -- TERROR-CHICAGO-3 -- Chicago police stand outside the Wilson Club Hotel in Chicago, Thursday, August 5, 2004 where Gale William Nettles, 66, a convicted counterfeiter with an apparent grudge against the courts, was arrested. Prosecutors said Nettles was arrested with a pickup truck containing 1,500 pounds of fertilizer that he allegedly thought was volatile ammonium nitrate, the farm chemical used to blow up the Oklahoma City federal building.
