(DLM0786) - Denver Police officer Dan McNulty scoops up glass from the road next to a white Honda Accord that rolled over in the northbound lane of Interstate 25 at the Downing Street exit at about 9:05 a.m. in Denver, Colo., Monday, Jan. 22, 2007. McNulty said it appeared the driver made a last minute decision on whether to exit or not at Downing Street and got caught in the deep slush between the exit and the interstate causing him to lose control and to flip the vehicle onto its side. McNulty said the driver was briefly trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to Swedish Medical Center. McNulty said this was the third weather related accident that he had responded that morning and there were reports of numerous accidents throughout the metro area.
