Bill Ritter speaks, holds the torch and two $5 bills. He is handing them to Mayor John Hickenlooper as an opening donation for himself and his family going to the construction fees of the Washington D.C. MLK memorial. The city is asking for $2 per person to finish the financial need goals for the monument.
