(DLM0921) - Judith Ceniceros, 27, left, and her mother Alma Ceniceros, 47, of Arvada smoke as they play the penny slots at the Doc Holiday Casino in Central City, Colo., Monday, Jan. 22, 2007. Last year casinos successfully lobbied to be exempted from Colorado's Clean Indoor Air Act, which banned smoking in bars and restaurants. Now that exemption could be in jeopardy as Stephanie Steinberg, the chairwoman of Smoke-Free Gaming of Colorado, works with Democratic legislators to draft a bill to ban smoking inside casinos. State Rep. Anne McGihon D-Denver said she will introduce the bill in the House this week. "They are gonna lose a lot of money," said Judith, who gambles in Central City about three times a week. "We used to go play Bingo, but after they banned smoking we just stay home and play cards. If they ban smoking in casinos we will just go find some other entertainment."
