Shelby Wait (CQ), 9, walks over 10 foot snow drifts and the families buried cars to meet the Colorado National Guard as they deliver food supplies and milk to the family who has been stranded on the families ranch some 50 miles south of Lamar, Colo., in Baca County near Springfield, Colo. After being stranded for over week the Wait family was finally reached by the Colorado Division of Wild life and brought supplies by the Colorado National Guar on Thursday afternoon Jan. 4, 20. The Division of Wildlife plowed a road so the family could feed their cattle and the National Guard supplied food and milk.
