Police Arrest Multiple Suspects In Drug Investigation Fort Collins Police Criminal Impact Unit arrested multiple suspects and executed search warrants on four separate locations early yesterday morning as part of an eleven month investigation into an illegal drug distribution operation. Search warrants were executed by the Fort Collins SWAT team at 2333 W. Vine Drive and 1403 Olive Ct., by Fort Collins Police Detectives at 6800 McClellan in Wellington, CO, and by the Larimer County Sheriff Department SWAT team at 1586 Meadow Mountain Drive in Livermore, CO. During the search warrant in Livermore, CO police detectives found an active methamphetamine lab, confiscated a small quantity of methamphetamine, removed a 3 year old child, and arrested the following suspects: Jimmy Martinez of Livermore, CO DOB: 11/17/1977 Charges: § Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine § Manufacture of Methamphetamine § Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender § Child Abuse Brittanie Hutcheson of Livermore, CO DOB: 9/3/1984 Charges: § Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine § Manufacture of Methamphetamine § Child Abuse Police confiscated business documents from the locations searched on Vine Drive and Olive Court in Fort Collins, and a small quantity of methamphetamine and business documents from the home on McCLellan in Wellington, CO.
