More than 60 search and rescue workers spent a third day in Eldorado Canyon State Park, searching for a Marine who hurt his head while on a trek Tuesday. 21 year old Lance Hering has been missing after falling about ten or fifteen feet Tuesday evening while hiking with a friend, Steve Powers, 20. Hering then slid another 30 feet down a steep slope before coming to rest. Powers said Hering lost consciousness for about four hours, and after he came to about 4 a.m. Powers left him to go for help. Searchers have not been able to find him.
