Paul Smith of Denver makes his winning Pork Tenderloin Roulade in the banquet kitchen at Maggiano's restaurant for Maggiano's 6th annual Best Italian Cook contest in Denver Sunday, March 26, 2006. His recipe will be served as a special at Maggiano's restaurants in Colorado for a month, with $2 going to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation charity every time the dish is ordered.
