At the Cherry Creek Mall students from Dora Moore K-8 School participated in a behavioral modification exercise 'moving out of your comfort zone'. Student were asked to hold hands with someone they wouldn't normally sit with. Then they were to hold hands and tell each other their dreams. Me and the Dream Photo Exhibit and Student Essays are on display at the Cherry Creek Mall to Celebrate Black History Month. On February 1, 2006, eighth grade students from Dora Moore K-8 School came to see the exhibit and receive awards for the top three essays. Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Qwest Communications are hosting the educational exhibit aimed at increasing awareness of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the contributions of other African American leaders.
