An extensive antique chinese pottery collection is displayed on glass shelving that is supended with cables from the ceiling at the home of Diana Lee and Roy Stahlgren in Denver. To get from the curb to the front door of their home you must step from stone to stone across a pool of water. This keeps ill-intentioned spirits out of her Cherry Creek home and away from the museum-quality calligraphy and artifacts she and her husband, retired surgeon Roy Stahlgren have collected from her native country, China. The front door is decorated for Chinese New Year. (ELLEN JASKOL/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) ***Diana Lee, Roy Stahlgren (both from assignment)
