Kathleen Orozco, (cq), far right, holds her new foster dog as it heads for cover. The dog, fresh out of its car box, is a rescued dog who was totally unsure of how to handle freedom. It took some patience but in a little while the dog felt safe and quickly moved to Ms. Orozco's arms.. Bonnie Guzman, (cq), 303-733-5446, 1471 S. Pennsylvania St., Denver, Colo., Wednesday December 28, 2005, is Fox Terrier Rescue of Colorado. Today she returned from Iowa where she obtained 4 Wire Fox Terriers rescued from two separate puppy mills in Missouri. The two male and two female dogs are estimated by Ms. Guzman to be between two and three years old each and were kept in pens and used as breeding stock. Three dogs each lost a leg and the other has four legs but bad knee and face damage. Each dog will be foster cared for by local people experienced in helping this breed adjust to a real life.
