Bill Barwick (cq, right) of Denver serenades a line of travelers waiting to check-in with United Airlines on Thursday December 22, 2005. Barwick and his playing partner Larry Mangus (not pictured) of Parker were hired by the City and County of Denver to entertain travelers as part of the DIA International Performance Series. They sing cowboy songs and range ballads to weary travelers. It is one of the busiest travel days of the year at Denver International Airport as thousands of travelers make their way home for the Holidays to see friends and family. Wait times were minimal in security lines mid-day but traffic through the airport remained steady to heavy at points. (MARC PISCOTTY/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) CQ Bill Barwick and Larry Mangus
