DLM01906 Juan Mendoza clears weeds from a field planted with dill weed along with other immigrant workers on land cultivated by Grant Family Farms, which grows organic crops in Wellington, Colo. Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2006. One of the main reasons the field is overgrown is because there were not enough farm workers to properly clear the field after it was planted. Grant and many other Colorado farms say they are running short on workers because of new state immigration laws. (DARIN MCGREGOR/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) **Juan Mendoza (cq) ****Toning Notes- I also put in an adjusted version of this photo, but if it is too sloppy then here's another for the imagers to work on. Basically I would like to bring the workers up while trying not to blow out the sky. Thnx -D
