Denver Police Seek Gas Station Robber (Denver) Denver Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a robbery suspect who is believed to be responsible for two robberies that occurred at the same location on August 8, 2006, at approximately 2:20 a.m. and August 16, 2006, at approximately 4:35 a.m. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5‘6 to 5-8’, 170 to 200 lbs with short dark hair. The suspect entered the Shell gas station located at 3600 West 38th Avenue on two separate occasions and demanded money. A weapon was produced during one of the robberies. The suspect used two different getaway vehicles for each robbery. The vehicles are described as a dark blue truck and a green truck with a white stripe. Anyone with information regarding the identity or location of this suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867).
