(DENVER, Colo., June 22, 2004) Cindy Reyes, has mental diabilities. She made miniature homes because she never believed anyone like her could have a home of her own. Excitedly she talks of her plans for guests at her home. Last month she moved into a home in Aurora. State celebrates placing its 50th low-income, disabled person into a home ownership program. Colorado Department of Human Services and Housing and Urban Development joined together to help her.
