The preliminary event kicked off a few days of events leading up to the actual tournament which starts Thursday and continues through Sunday at Castle Pines Golf Club. Rose, the 1996 International champion, sank the longest putt in the Pro-Junior Challenge to win the group a pair of golf shoes.
