At the Ewing & Ewing Law Office, in Englewood, Colo. on August 4, 2006 Peggy Jo Rose, 56 feels the scar left from her brain surgery. She believes riding some of the extreme roller coaster rides at Elitch Gardens caused her brain to shift. She needed surgery to save her life. She now suffers from constant headaches. She is suing Six Flags Elitch Gardens. According to some studies women are twice as likely to get hurt on extreme rides because they are designed for 170-pound men. Smaller and slimmer riders don't have the muscle strength to hold their necks up during the ride. (LINDA McCONNELL/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS) ** Peggy Jo Rose (reporter)
