(06/19/2004) Denver Chef Bryan Moscatello made Beef Cheek Hash with a Fried Quail Egg and Molasses-Ginger Ketchup for The Food and Wine Aspen Classic Grand Tasting Saturday. Bryan was one of the Best New Chef's at the festival last year and is the chef for Adega Restaurant and Wine Bar, Table 6, and Mirepoix here in Denver. (JUDY WALGREN/ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS)
