(06/17/2004) The Food and Wine Aspen Classic opening party at the base of the mountain near the gondola entrance was catered by the staff from the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen. Matthew Skrivanek and Hermes Garcia, line chefs for the hotel's restaurant, Montagna (Chef Paul Wade), prepared fried oysters on the half-shell with prosciutto, spinach and creme fraiche for hungry revelers...
