lowered by much gum chewing; the furniture of our school misused by sticking wads of gum on it; and the health of our
school children endangered by having to sit at tables where

1. A vase for the room whose furniture is free from gum
to be selected by a committee of three teachers.
2. An assembly to honor the class which has a perfect score
for no chewing.

The class officers are the secretly appointed committee of
your room to help check on the chewing in the halls,
lavatories etc. Their identity is not to be known by the
other children.
Use your first period Wednesday Hov. 27, to discuss:
