Old Main, at the University of Colorado at Boulder, is a four- story, ornate brick building with a stone foundation. It has arched windows and mansard roofed, ridgecrested towers. The largest, projecting from the body of the structure, houses the gothic arched entry. Finials are at each corner, and the chimneys are two-toned. New trees are planted; their trunks are painted white.
