The Phillips County courthouse, in Holyoke, Colorado, is a two- story frame building with a hipped gable roof, double hung windows, and an open, wrap around porch with corner stairs. A bulletin board, bench and chair are on the veranda by a thermometer and sign: "Co Clerk."
