Portrait of North American Indian (probably Standing Rock Sioux) William Ghost Bear and his wife Sarah Ghost Bear. William Ghost Bear wears a hair pipe breast plate, a shirt, beaded arm and wrist bands and a blanket wrapped around his waist decorated with a beaded stripe. He has on moccasins and wears feathers in his hair. His wife wears a long loose dress decorated with elk teeth and conchos and has on a beaded breast piece. Her hair is in braids and she wears beaded moccasins.
