Men, some in uniform, and members of the Woodmen of the World, stand at attention at the dedication of a funeral monument and statue of Fred A. Falkenburg, in the Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. Falkenburg was co-founder of Woodmen of the World (Omaha branch), and founder of Woodmen of the World, Pacific Jurisdiction (Denver branch). A bunting backdrop is behind the sculpture. A man stands in front of the statue; he holds a metal wedge and a goblet. The base of the statue has bronze wreaths, a bronze relief, and lettering that reads: "Falkenburg." Some of the men hold umbrellas.
