Wheel-mounted artillery from the National Guard firing range in Golden is on a flatbed truck at the State Penitentiary in Canon City, Colorado. It was used during the October 3 riot after dynamite failed to roust the ringleaders. Men stand on the truck and ground; windows in the stone wall behind are broken.
