The two-story dining room building with awnings at the Harmony Guest Ranch, known also by its Swahili translation, Amani Mgeni Uwanda, is screened by tall evergreen trees growing on the golf course in front of the building. The motel was established by Mr. and Mrs. Scott W. Hayes in 1953 or 1954 in Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. A man walks near an automobile parked by the building; a cliff is in the distance.
