Blueprint Denver Adopted
. ity Council adopted Blueprint Denver as a
'supplement to the Comprehensive Plan on
March 4th. The Community Planning and
Development Agency and Public Works have
wasted no time getting started on
implementation. This issue of Our Neighborhood
focuses on some of these efforts, especially on
changes to the Zoning Code.
One ofthe primary implementation
recommendations of Blueprint Denver is to change
the Zoning Code to make it more responsive to
today's values. Three important initiatives are
underway. Five open houses are scheduled around
the city to provide an overview of these efforts.

Rezoning Proposals for
Your Neighborhood
.ne of the most frequent information requests
is rezoning applications that are in process.
This information is now available on the
internet on DenverGov.Org. From the DenverGov
Home Page, submit CPDA in the search box and
you will arrive at the Community Planning and
Development Agency Home Page Select "On The
Drawing Board". The entire Rezoning application
process is described in detail. A list of Rezoning
applications is included as well.
