Full-Text	[134] Denver Dec 11 78 [1878] My Dear Mr Barnum Yesterday A.C. Fisk ask me what you were going to do with Villa Park. Burnell the Merchant-Taylor who has lived there for a year or so has come over to town to live. And the place is vacant. Fisk, who is one of the must active and energetic real estate men in town, says all your land is now covered by a new ditch, known as the “Bancroft ditch.” And that by purchasing $200 or $300 worth of stock in it, you would have ample supply of water for your lands. And that were to water supply sure you could rent the lands for $2 or $3 of $4 per acre for raising wheat. Mr. Fisk wants to know what rent you will take for the entire property for
