Glad you settled with Buchtel
although the security is little
except the store. I have
written him that any sum
that he & you can agree upon
as a fair value for the store
I will call it & have you
deduct it from his note.
So if he writes you-I will
consent to you allowing
him a liberal price for the
store. As it rents (he says)
for $360 per year we should
here call its value $3600-but
if it should be more-let it
be to.
