Mary Snyder, chairperson of
CHUNfs Education Committee,
announces a CHUN Forum for Aug. 20
highlighting our Capitol Hill
Schools.
Principals from our area schools
will be part of the program and
a slide show from the Denver
Commission on Community Relations
entitled "Denver's Desegregation
Plan" will be presented.
CHUN will invite all parents
from the satellite areas coming
into our area schools this fall
to attend this meeting.  We feel
that these type of programs can
go along way to alleviate parent's
anxiety over a new school situation.
This Forum will be held at
St. John's Cathedral, 1313 Clarkson,
from 7:00 p.m. - 9*00 p.m.
Mark August 20 on your calendar and
plan to attend with your neighbors
and friends.  Anyone interested in
working on this Forum, contact
